By accessing and using dishity.com (hereinafter, "the platform"), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

dishity is a food-rating platform focused on specific dishes. It allows users to search for dishes, view ratings, post comments, upload photos and rate dishes at restaurants. Restaurant owners can register their establishments and manage their information.

3. Registration and user account

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• The information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out with your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. User content

By posting content on dishity (ratings, comments, photos), you declare that:

• The content is original or you hold the necessary rights to publish it.
• The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content is not defamatory, offensive, obscene or unlawful.
• The ratings reflect your personal experience and are honest.

You grant dishity a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and distribute the content you post within the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

5. Prohibited conduct

It is not permitted to:

• Post false, manipulated or paid ratings.
• Create multiple accounts to influence scores.
• Harass, threaten or defame other users or restaurants.
• Post spam, advertising content, or content unrelated to food.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other users' accounts.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Restaurant owners

• Owners may register their restaurants and manage their dish information.
• Restaurant information (name, address, menu) must be accurate and up to date.
• Owners may not manipulate or delete user ratings.
• dishity is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by restaurants.

7. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logos, the "dishity" brand and other elements of the platform are the property of dishity and are protected by intellectual property laws. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is not permitted.

8. Content moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit or remove any content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate, without prior notice. Photos uploaded by users go through an approval process before being published.

9. Limitation of liability

• dishity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of ratings and comments.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the platform's content.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety or service of the listed restaurants.
• We are not liable for interruptions or technical failures of the service.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, both parties submit to the competent courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
