Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to claim or register my restaurant?
Absolutely nothing. dishity is completely free for restaurant owners, now and always. Our goal is to build the largest food database in Spain with the collaboration of the businesses themselves.
How long does the verification process take?
Usually between 1 and 2 business days. First you'll verify your email (instant link), and then our team will review your request. We'll notify you by email as soon as it's resolved.
Can I claim a restaurant if I don't have a dishity account?
Yes. You can submit the claim request without an account. If you don't have one, it will be created automatically once your request is approved, and you'll receive instructions on how to access it.
What verification methods are accepted?
We accept two methods: business email (the fastest — if you have access to an address on the restaurant's domain such as info@myrestaurant.com) or an official document (business license, tax ID or similar proving ownership of the business).
Can I manage several restaurants with a single account?
Yes. An owner account can manage multiple restaurants. Ideal for restaurant groups or owners of several establishments.
Can I delete negative comments?
No, since dishity is an independent review platform. You can publicly respond to any comment to give your side of the story or thank the feedback. Transparency builds more trust than censorship.
